MDIA employs an ever-expanding national network of imaging centers to provide the highest quality diagnostic imaging and electrodiagnostic services. MDIA constantly monitors the network for geographic coverage and member accessibility. Monitoring systems include quality review of contracted locations, as well as geographic accessibility for patients. This process is handled by MDIA’s Contracting and Credentialing Departments.
The MDIA Contracting Department works closely with the Information Technology Department to ensure that any changes to the network are updated on a daily basis.
MDIA constantly monitors the equipment quality for each location. When new facilities are nominated to be added to the network, the MDIA due diligence process begins – including, but not limited to, equipment specifications, MR coil types/quality, and software upgrades. After the contracting process is completed, each facility is evaluated throughout the year to ensure that quality is always maintained to MDIA’s specifications.
If you represent a diagnostic imaging or electrodiagnostic services provider that is interested in becoming part of the MDIA network, please complete the Application and our Contracting Department will contact you.
